His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew attended the concert that took place in the framework of an event, organised jointly by the Ephorate Committee of the Church of Panagia Koumariotissa and the Office of Culture of the Consulate General of Austria in Constantinople, on Saturday afternoon, November 26, 2022, at the headquarters of the Consulate General, dedicated to the 18th-century Romios composer Zakharya Khandedeh, from the Bosphorus village of Neochori.
