Archbishop Elpidophoros of America: The Archdiocese of America stands with our brothers and sisters of California

In the wake of the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, alongside His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, visited the disaster-stricken area, witnessing firsthand the resilience and suffering of those affected.

As they stood amidst the destruction, they called upon the Holy Spirit to bring compassion, strength, and hope to every aspect of the rescue and recovery efforts.

“The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America stands united with the people of California in this hour of need” noted Archbishop Elpidophoros.
