Group of educators from Greece and the Roman Catholic Bishop of Casale Monferrato visit the Phanar

His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew received a group of teachers from Greece, who participated in an event of educational interest at the Theological School of Halki, entitled “From Otherness to Inclusion”.

The event was held under the solemn blessing and patronage of the Ecumenical Patriarch and was co-organised by the Patriarchal Foundation for Patristic Studies and other educational institutions.

As well as this, the Bishop of Casale Monferrato, His Grace Bishop Gianni Sacchi, together with three of his clergy, accompanied by His Eminence Metropolitan Polykarpos of Italy, made an official visit to the Phanar in order to personally thank the Ecumenical Patriarch for the participation of the Mother Church of Constantinople in the celebrations for the 550th anniversary of establishment of their Diocese.
