Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew visits the city of Turin

On Friday, 5 July 2024, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and his honourable entourage visited the city of Turin, in Italy. There they toured the Cappella della Sacra Sindone, the Royal Palace and the Museum of the Sacred Shroud of Turin.

A little later on, His All-Holiness graced the Greek Orthodox Parish of Turin with his presence, where the Parish Priest, Father Joseph and the parishioners welcomed His All-Holiness with the corresponding honours and hymns, offered by the choir of the Church of the Birth of the Holy Forerunner, Saint John the Baptist.

Afterwards, a meal was held in honour of His All-Holiness, which was organised by His Eminence Metropolitan Polycarp of Italy.
