The official opening of the 2023 Kastellorizian Council of Australia (KCA) Conference took place at the Castellorizian House in Mount Hawthorn, Perth, on Friday evening the 20th of October. The opening and blessing were conducted by His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Kyanea who was representing His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia.
