The “Christ is Risen” was proclaimed in the regional towns of Albury, Wagga Wagga, Jervis Bay and Goulburn
With the Blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia and the guidance of His Grace Bishop Bartholomew of Charioupolis, the divine services for the celebration of the Resurrection of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ were served in the regional towns of Albury, Wagga Wagga, Jervis Bay and Goulburn.
Many people gathered to the local Greek Orthodox Churches to hear the joyful words of the triumphal hymn “Christ is Risen”. Moreover all priests read the Paschal Message of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia and wished their congregations abundant blessings.
