Perth: Great Vespers for the Feast of the Nativity of Christ
On December 24, 2022, he Great Vespers Service for the Feast of Christ’s Nativity were celebrated at the Holy Church of Saints Constantine and Helene, Perth.
The service which was conducted solely in the English language was officiated by His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Kyanea and in the presence of many young families.
Just prior to the conclusion of the service His Grace read out His Eminence Archbishop Makarios’ 2022 Christmas Message and conveyed to all the blessing and paternal love of our Chief Shepherd and Spiritual Father.
During the distribution of the Artoklasia the chanters recited various Christmas Carols as the children came up with their parents to receive a small Christmas treat.
