Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, accepting an invitation, was present on Thursday evening, September 29, 2022, accompanied by Deacon Oikoumenios, Secretary of the Holy and Sacred Synod, and the Professor Konstantinos Delicostantis, Director of the First Patriarchal Office, at the reception hosted by the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Constantinople for the country’s National Day.
