The Feast of the Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ in Halki seminary
On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 1, 2022, the day before of the feast of the Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ, Bishop Kassianos of Arabissos presided over the vigil which was held at the church of the Theological School of Halki.
Before the beginning of the service, a Trisagion was held for the repose of the soul of the late Metropolitan Gennadios of Sassima.
Bishop Ioakeim of Apollonia, Assistant Bishop of the Holy Metropolis of Belgium, attended the vigil.
