70 recorded Covid-19 Deaths in Victoria and New South Wales
The deaths of patients with Covid-19 that were recorded in the last twenty-four hours in the two largest States of Australia amount to 70.
In particular, 40 new deaths were recorded in Victoria.
A total of 869 patients are being treated in State hospitals, of which 39 are in Intensive Care and 12 are intubated.
The new positive cases amount to 12,339.
In New South Wales 30 deaths were recorded.
The total hospitalisations in NSW are 2,344, with 66 patients being treated in the Intensive Care Unit.
The new positive cases are 14,067 in the last 24-hour period.
