2nd Anniversary of the Archiepiscopal Church of St Sophia (Holy Wisdom of God) Adelaide

With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, on Sunday the 24th of November 2024, the Archiepiscopal Church of St Sophia (Holy Wisdom of God) celebrated its second anniversary with a Hierarchical Liturgy celebrated by His Grace Bishop Silouan of Adelaide. After the Liturgy, a celebratory luncheon was held in the Diocesan Hall.

At the luncheon, there was a presentation by the Greek Welfare Centre to share information on organ donation and to discuss the Orthodox perspective on this matter.

His Grace Bishop Silouan of Adelaide conveyed the prayers and blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia to all present and congratulated all who work tirelessly for the Parish for the Glory of God.
