The fortieth-day memorial service for blessed Metropolitan Christodoulos of Eleftheroupolis

The fortieth-day memorial service for the Metropolitan Christodoulos of Eleftheroupolis was observed at the Horrendous Golgotha on Saturday, 9/22 January 2022.
The service was preceded by the Divine Liturgy which was officiated by the Archbishop Aristarchos of Constantina with the co-celebration of Archimandrite Makarios, Priest Nectarios, Archdeacon Mark and Hierodeacon Simeon. The chanting was delivered by Mr Gotsopoulos.
The memorial service began immediately after the end of the Liturgy and was led by the Patriarch of Jerusalem, Theophilos, along with Hierarchs and Hieromoks of the Patriarchate.
The memorial service concluded with the relevant reception at the Patriarchate Hall.
