Sunday of the Veneration of the Holy Cross in Imbros
On 19 March 2023, the Sunday of the Veneration of the Holy Cross, the Abbot of the Holy Monastery Esphigmenou of Mount Athos, Archimandrite Bartholomew, Fathers of the Esphigmenou Monastery, along with the Abbot of the Holy Monastery of the Holy Anargyroi in Pernik, Bulgaria, Archimandrite Nikanor, all con-celebrated the Divine Liturgy which took place at the Metropolitan Church of Imbros, joining His Eminence Metropolitan Kyrillos of Imbros and Tenedos.
