Melbourne: Holy Vigil for the feast of Christmas at the Holy Church of Saint Catherine, Malvern

On Saturday evening, 24 December 2022, on the occasion of the Great Feast of the Nativity of Christ, a Holy Vigil took place at the Holy Church of Saint Catherine in Malvern, Melbourne, which was presided over by His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis.
His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis officiated at the Great Vespers of the Feast of Christmas, and also presided over the Matins and Divine Liturgy.
Among the congregation that came with reverence and religious devotion, was the Consul General of Greece in Melbourne, Mr. Emmanuel Kakavelakis.
His Grace Bishop Kyriakos conveyed to all those present the paternal prayers and blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, while he appropriately spoke about the “Metropolis of Feasts”, during which we celebrate the incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ.
