Greek Education Minister Zacharaki congratulates Pope Leo XIV

Hellenic Minister of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports Sofia Zacharaki held a brief meeting and congratulated Pope Leo XIV following his enthronement at the Vatican, as head of the Greek delegation.

In her statement, Zacharaki highlighted the new Pontiff’s messages of love and solidarity, with an emphasis on the spiritual empowerment and inspiration of young people.

The Greek delegation also included Deputy Foreign Minister Yannis Loverdos.
