Greece Coronavirus: 5,523 new cases, 81 deaths

Greek authorities announced 5,523 new cases of coronavirus and 81 fatalities in the past 24 hours Thursday.

Two of the 5,523 cases involved outside visitors tested upon arrival.

Greece’s total number of confirmed coronavirus cases is now 989,814, with 18,982 dead.

A total of 708 patients remain intubated in intensive care units while 3,588 have left ICU.
