First Summer School in Schinoudi, Imbros, became a reality

The operation of the 1st Summer School in Schinoudi, Imbros, became a reality thanks to the cooperation of Metropolitan Barnabas of Neapolis and Stavroupolis and Metropolitan Kyrillos of Imbros and Tenedos.

The children of Imbros had the opportunity to develop their knowledge of spelling, to practice writing and reading, to approach the works of Greek poets by learning songs and to enjoy original games.

In the end, the host, Metropolitan Kyrillos of Imbros and Tenedos, after thanking Metropolitan Barnabas of Neapolis and Stavroupolis for his financial and moral support, as well as for the work of the members of his Metropolis, promised that they would spend more days in the Summer School next year and that they would also build a playground. The Metropolitan of Imbros then offered treats to the children.
