Fire breaks out in Halkidiki

A fire broke out in a forest area of Halkidiki in northern Greece on Thursday, 19 June 2025.

According to the fire service, 32 firefighters with nine vehicles have been dispatched to the scene. Two aircraft and one helicopter are also assisting in the firefighting efforts.
