Feast Day at the Church of Panagia Blachernae, in Constantinople

The Pilgrimage Church of Panagia Blachernae celebrated on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, in the Phanar- Golden Horn District, the feast of the Deposition of the Holy Robe of the Most Holy Theotokos.

The Divine Liturgy and the procession around the Church were presided over by His Eminence Elder Metropolitan Apostolos of Derkoi.

His Grace Bishop Adrianos of Halicarnassus, Supervisor of the Phanar – Golden Horn District, many faithful, as well as children from the Greek Community of Romania, who are currently being hosted at the Patriarchal Camp of Paidopolis on the island of Prote, were present also for the feast day celebrations.
