Bishop of Krujë performs Trisagion for late Archbishop Anastasios of Albania

On Sunday, 9 February 2025, the Sunday of the Publican and the Pharisee, a Trisagion was held after the Divine Liturgy in memory of the late Archbishop Anastasios of Albania.

The memorial service took place at his gravesite and was officiated by His Grace Bishop Anastasios of Krujë, in the presence of clergy and faithful who gathered to pay tribute to the great Hierarch.

With emotion and reverence, Bishop Anastasios prayed for the repose of the soul of the late Archbishop, whose pastoral work and spiritual contributions left a lasting impact on the Church of Albania and the Orthodox world.

The faithful in attendance joined in prayer, honouring the memory of Archbishop Anastasios, whose leadership was instrumental in reviving and strengthening the Orthodox Church in Albania.
