Bishop Bartholomew of Brisbane liturgised at the Chapel of the Holy Theotokos on Bribie Island

With the Blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, His Grace Bishop Bartholomew of Brisbane celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the chapel of the Holy Theotokos on Bribie Island.

The Divine Liturgy was organised by Father Nicholas Brown, Parish Priest of the Church of the Dormition of the Theotokos in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane.

After the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, His Grace conveyed the Paschal greetings of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia and spoke about the importance of supporting the Bribie Island Retreat and Recreation Centre, a campus of St Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Theological College. 

Immediately following the service lunch was organised at the recreational hall for His Grace Bishop Bartholomew and the faithful pilgrims.
